Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of my work, sessions cannot be refunded. Once your appointment is scheduled, I will begin receiving information about you and your journey. Session Confirmation & Communication Policy To ensure your experience flows smoothly and that I can prepare fully for your session, all registration forms must be completed before your appointment can be confirmed. If your forms are not received, the session time you reserved will not be held. I’ll make one friendly reminder by email and one by text to help you complete your registration. If there’s no response or the forms remain incomplete, your session will be canceled for now — but your payment credit will remain safely on file for 30 days. Once your intake forms are complete, I’ll happily reschedule your session one time. If, however, there are ongoing communication challenges (for example, unreturned emails or unopened texts), your session and fee may be forfeited. If you need to reschedule, please provide 72 hrs notice, or I may not be able to accommodate you. Rescheduling is subject to availability, so it is in your best interest to do everything necessary to make your originally scheduled appointment. There is a 4% service fee added to each session fee. If you are in the US you may pay by Zelle and avoid this fee. Please be courteous when scheduling to avoid having to cancel or reschedule later. Any appointment that is canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice or in which you fail to show will forfeit any fees paid. Sessions begin at the scheduled appointment time. Please understand that if you are late for your appointment we may need to end at the scheduled time. There will be no refunds or credits in this case. Please pay close attention to time zones and make sure your appropriate time zone is reflected in the scheduler when you select your time/day. If legal action is required to collect these fees due, you the client, will be responsible for additional fees required in pursuing payment, including but not limited to court costs, legal fees, attorney fees, etc, in addition to the amount due for services rendered. **Energetic sessions are a complementary service and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or medical care.
